About Us

Chef Doan recently returned to his hometown of Corpus Christi and is delighted to be the newest member of the Corpus culinary scene.  Chef Doan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York where he honed his culinary creativity.  He taught culinary skills for five years at the prestigious Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston and has spent more than 25 years delighting folks with his fresh approach to cooking.
